Tents seem to be more of a personal preference, and I used many different tents in the past, including some one and two person tents, and bivy sacks. It served me well, and it is light enough to carry on extended trips. However, I ran into this. This tent is really nice for the price, and I was shocked how light but roomy it is.
It weighs in at slightly below 4 lbs (1.8kg), and the length of the tent is about 6.8 ft (2.1m). The tent opens on the front (usually most tents open on the side or on both sides), and it allows for a lot of gear in the tent during some harsh rain. Slight humidity will build in all tents during the rain. One word of caution for any tent, set guy lines correctly and most tents will keep you dry. This has all the hardware necessary to set up the tent quickly. I recommend using a tarp underneath to make sure that water does not seep into the tent from the bottom, and trench around the tent to make sure that water flows away from the tent.
