How to Get to 100 Pushups Non-Stop in 100 Days or Less

This sounds nearly impossible, but it is possible.  You should be able to do at least a few pushups before starting this.  I was able to do this challenge more than a few times in my life, though I don’t think I can still do 100 pushups non-stop these days (maybe 70-75 these days).  Here is the way I trained.

Method 1:

  • Find out what your number of pushups to failure is
  • Do the same amount the next day
  • Continue to add 1 more pushup every day
  • Once you get to 100, try that every day for a month or more
  • If you keep it up, you’ll be able to do 100 pushups any time

Another way I got to 100 pushups non-stop was to do the following.  I was in better shape when I used this method.

    Method 2:

    • Week 1: 3 sets of 25 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 2: 3 sets of 30 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 3: 4 sets of 30 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 4: 4 sets of 35 pushups (3x a week)
    • Week 5: 3 sets of 40 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 6: 3 sets of 45 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 7: 3 sets of 50 pushups (3x a week)
    • Week 8: 2 sets of 60 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 9: 2 sets of 70 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 10: 1 set of 80 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 11: 1 set of 90 pushups (4x a week)
    • Week 12: 1 set of 94 pushups, 1 set of 98 pushups, 1 set of 100 pushups

There are other methods I have seen online to get to 100 pushups non-stop.  Try it to see if you can conquer the challenge.
